The aim of this privacy policy is to provide you the information about how we use your information when you visit our website www.hireonplacements.ca and/or download, register, and use our mobile application. Here ‘you’ refers to ‘worker’ or ‘employer’ collectively known as a user and ‘we’ refer to ‘HireOn Placements’.  If the user wants to use or visit our app or website then the user must agree to the provisions of this privacy policy and end-user license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement then please do not access or use our mobile app or website.

Our privacy policy includes some terms which are as follows:


1.   Data or information collected from you:

We collect information from your side will be either personal information or non-personal information. Information given by you will be considered voluntary information. Another type of information that we collect is derived through the automated mechanism.

For using our app or website you will be asked to provide some personal information such as name, address, phone number, photograph, email address, sin number, and other information in order to verify your identity and process payments. We do not collect any personal information about you until you want to share it on a voluntary basis. By providing your information you agree to our terms of the privacy policy.


(a) We may collect personal information when you chose to use our application. When you download our application, we can ask to enter your personal information so that we can verify your identity.

2.   Using the information given by you:

All this information will help to enhance the performance of services to maintain the site and certain features on-site more efficiently.

6.   Advertisements coming from the third party:

10.    Children’s Privacy:

The minimum age is required to use our app is at least 18 years, we do not collect any personal information from children. Parents should use parental control tools to prevent their children from publishing any personal information without parental permission. These Services do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. In the case we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.

For this, we or HireOn Placements developed a platform where temporary workers can get a job according to their schedule and get paid on a daily basis. HireOn Placements is dedicated to integrity in every aspect of its business.


Benefits of integrity policy:

We believe that the overall integrity of the company demands the continuing commitment of every user who will be registered with us. Every individual connected to our company must remain committed to obeying all laws and always doing what is right. In case you do not obey our laws or policies then we will take strict action against you in response.


Integrity benefits focus on helping to make our company a better platform to find a job anytime and anywhere suitable for workers. Every user must also act with integrity so that they can create a healthy work environment around themselves and others. Our company will not hesitate to reward users with a great sense of integrity.

   Limitations of not acting with integrity:

   For workers:

   Decreased performance and opportunities:-

Employees not performing with utmost integrity will lead the platform down and be responsible for decreased job opportunities.


Not working with interest:-

If you do not work properly and sincerely in the workplace then it will be considered as you are not acting with integrity. This will affect your performance and relation with HireOn Placements.


Absent at workplace:-

If you picked a shift and would not attend that shift then it will be taken seriously by us. In this case, you will be blocked for one year from HireOn Placements app and no longer be able to use the services of our app.


Unpick the shift before 10 hours:-

If you unpick a shift before 10 hours of shift starting time then also it will be a breach of integrity. This shows you are not honest with your work. Sometimes in an emergency, you can unpick the shift, but then also you have to bear the penalty. As a penalty, you will be blocked from our app for configured no. of days which will be shown while unpicking the shift.


Going to the shift without necessary equipment:-

If you go to the shift without reading the description then also it shows carelessness. This will be considered as you are not acting with integrity. Every time you pick a shift please read the description and necessary tools to be taken to the shift carefully. Otherwise, you will be sent back home from the workplace. This will affect you and the employer as well.


Taking place of others in case of no show or cancellation of shift before 10 hours:-

If you picked a shift and would not attend that shift then you have acted with no integrity towards another person who could have taken your place. You also affect the performance of the company by not attending that shift. In the same way in case of prior cancellation also you are taking place of other people who could have picked that shift. All this will be taken seriously by us and surely will affect your use of our services. You have to bear the penalty. As a penalty, you will be blocked from our app for configured no. of days which will be shown while unpicking the shift.


   For employers:

As we are against breach of integrity for workers, the same will apply to employers as well. The employer must not drop any registered shift irrespective of whether the shift is picked or not, the employer must be more careful before registering a shift rather dropping that shift in any circumstances, otherwise, this will be considered as employers are not acting with integrity.
